Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email, company, role, message, timeline and referral source you provide. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and scope potential work.

Basic technical data. Like most sites, our hosting and any privacy-respecting analytics may record standard request metadata (IP, user agent, referring page). We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell this data.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, schedule a call, and prepare a scope or architecture brief if we proceed.

To operate, secure and improve the website. We do not use your contact submissions to train models, and we never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, for example our email delivery provider (Resend) and our hosting provider, acting on our instructions under their own data protections. We disclose data only where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have given us by emailing [email protected]. You can decline to share optional fields on the form; only name, email and message are required to reach us.

Security

We follow the same engineering discipline we apply to client systems: least-privilege access, encrypted transport, and self-hosted infrastructure where appropriate. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as we would our own.
