These Terms of Service govern your use of the agentixtech.ai website operated by Agentix Tech ("Agentix", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. They do not govern any client engagement, paid work is governed by a separate written agreement.
Use of the site
You may view and reference the content here for your own evaluation of our services. You may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent the content, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to build a competing dataset without our written permission.
No professional advice
The systems, metrics, architectures and engineering notes described on this site are accounts of work we have delivered. They are provided for information, not as engineering, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation. Results described for one client are not a guarantee of results for another.
Intellectual property
The site, its copy, its design system, and the Agentix name and marks are our property. Client names and product names referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe real work, not to imply endorsement beyond what each client has agreed to.
Enquiries and engagements
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or a binding obligation on either party. Any engagement begins only with a separate written scope and agreement. Until then, nothing on this site or in our correspondence constitutes a commitment to deliver.
